Sunlight through a rising ocean wave on the Sunshine Coast

Bodywork · Breathwork · Counselling — Noosa, Sunshine Coast

Your body has been holding so much.
It's allowed to put it down.

Trauma-informed bodywork, breathwork and counselling with Jaime-Lee Hind — for the tension rest doesn't fix, the feelings words haven't reached, and the quiet longing to come home to yourself.

01A place to land

Maybe you've been coping beautifully.
And maybe coping is costing you.

Most people who find their way here are the capable ones. The ones who hold families, jobs and feelings together — while something inside quietly whispers that it can't keep going like this.

Jaime-Lee's work is a place to stop performing wellness and start actually feeling held. Through skilled touch, breath, dialogue and constellation work, your nervous system gets the one thing it's been waiting for: proof that it's safe to soften.

No fixing. No forcing. No judgement about how long it's taken you to get here — whenever you arrive is exactly on time.

Before you scroll on,
take one minute back.

This is the simplest version of what happens in a session: attention returns to the breath, the breath returns to the body, and the body remembers it's allowed to rest. Four slow rounds. Right here, right now — on the house.

05Your practitioner

Held by someone who's done the work herself.

Jaime-Lee has spent her whole adult life in deep, process-oriented inner work — beginning with rebirthing breathwork over two decades ago, when it carried her through her own unresolved early-adulthood trauma.

Since then: ZenThai Shiatsu, KaHuna, Aquatic Bodywork, Contact Improvisation dance, Family & Systemic Constellations — and a Masters of Gestalt Psychotherapy, completing end of 2026. Every modality she offers is one that has first changed her.

"We'll be gentle and playful with our encounters… on land and in the water."

Questions people quietly ask

Where do sessions take place?+

One-on-one sessions are held at Noosa Health & Wellness Collective in Noosa, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Aquatic Bodywork takes place in heated pools (and the ocean when conditions are right) around the Sunshine Coast during the warmer months.

How much do sessions cost?+

Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes, $200 for 90 minutes and $250 for two hours. Rebirthing Breathwork sessions run two hours. Practitioner refinement (3 hours) is $300. Group evenings and retreats are priced per event — get in touch for current details.

How do I book?+

Simply call or SMS Jaime-Lee on 0431 373 497, or email embodiedinfo@gmail.com. A short chat first is welcome — it helps make sure you land in the session that will serve you best.

I've never done anything like this. Is that okay?+

Completely. Most people arrive having never done somatic work before. Every session is guided, choice-led and paced to your nervous system. You don't need any experience, flexibility or belief — just a little curiosity.

What should I wear?+

For ZenThai Shiatsu, wear soft, comfortable clothing — you stay fully clothed on the mat. For Aquatic Bodywork, bring swimwear and a towel. For KaHuna you'll be draped respectfully on the table. For counselling and constellations, wear whatever feels like you.

Is this work trauma-informed?+

Yes. Jaime-Lee's whole approach is trauma-informed: consent is explicit, pace is yours, and nothing is ever forced. Her counselling is grounded in Gestalt training (Masters completing end of 2026), and her bodywork has been shaped by over two decades of breathwork and somatic practice.

Which session is right for me?+

If you're unsure, that's normal — the offerings overlap in spirit but differ in doorway. Body-led people often begin with ZenThai or KaHuna; emotionally focused work often begins with counselling or breathwork; water calls to those needing deep rest. The on-site guide (bottom right) can help you choose, or simply call Jaime-Lee for a chat.

The version of you that feels at home in your body is still in there.

One conversation is all it takes to begin. Call, text or email — Jaime-Lee answers every enquiry herself, usually the same day.
