01Why this work
So much of what we wrestle with — the repeating patterns, the inexplicable heaviness, the loyalty to struggle — is woven from the family and ancestral field we were born into. Constellation work widens the lens. When the wider system is acknowledged, load often lightens, belonging is reclaimed, and nourishment that was always there becomes available again.
