01About

Jaime-Lee Hind is not here to fix you.

Because you are not broken. You are a body that adapted — brilliantly — to whatever it lived through. This work is about giving that body the safety, attention and skilled touch it needs to finally update the old story.

The work found her early.

Twenty-six years ago, breathwork carried Jaime-Lee through the unresolved emotions of a traumatic event as she crossed into adulthood. It didn't just help her cope — it taught her to track feelings as they move through the body, a skill she now passes on in every session she offers.

That practice braided into bodywork and dance: remedial massage training in the late nineties, a rebirthing apprenticeship in 2003, aquatic bodywork in 2012, ZenThai Shiatsu in 2016, KaHuna in 2021 — with Contact Improvisation and Body-Mind Centering refining her somatic, relational attention along the way.

Today her approach is grounded in Gestalt: relationality, field theory, experimentation, and whole-bodied attention to the here-and-now. She completes her Masters of Gestalt Psychotherapy at the end of 2026, and will offer registered Gestalt Psychotherapy from then — meanwhile she practises Gestalt-influenced counselling, constellation work and bodywork from Noosa Health & Wellness Collective.

She's also a mother, living and practising in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland — someone who knows from the inside what it means to hold a family while trying to stay whole yourself.

"I look forward to sharing somatic explorations from some of the practices close to my heart."

02How she works

Gentle, yes. But never passive.

01

Relational

Healing happens between people, not to them. You're met as a whole person — not a symptom list. The relationship itself is part of the medicine.

02

Somatic

Your body is included in every conversation. Sensation, breath, posture and impulse are all welcome data — often more honest than words.

03

Choice-led

Consent is explicit and ongoing. Nothing is ever done to you without you. You set the pace, and the pace is always respected.

03Training & experience

Two decades of showing up to the work

Formal training matters — and so does the thousands of hours of personal practice behind it. Jaime-Lee offers nothing she hasn't first walked herself.
